Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
All banner orders must be paid in full upfront during the booking process.
Please allow up to 24 hours for me to contact you regarding your booking form.
Iβll send you design concepts based on your form details within 24-48 hours of contact with each other.
If you decide NOT to move forward with the design after receiving options, youβll receive a refund minus a $20 design fee for the time spent sketching and planning. (This has never been an issue yet)
Orders placed less than 1 week from your event date will incur a Rush Fee ($20) and orders placed less than 2 days from your event date will incur a Super Rush Fee ($30).
Rush orders are prioritized ahead of others in the queue, but rush availability is not always guaranteed.

To cancel or reschedule your banner, please contact me as soon as possible.
You may cancel for a refund up to two weeks before your bannerβs due date (refund will be minus the $20 design fee if concepts were provided). Cancellations made less than two weeks before the due date or after painting has started are non-refundable. If I cannot complete your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Availability
I only take a limited number of banner orders each week (usually four).
Booking a slot on my calendar simply holds your spotβyour order is not finalized until payment is completed through my website.
Turnaround & Queue
Turnaround is based on your selected due date, not the order date. I complete banners in the order theyβre needed. I post my weekly painting queue on Instagram & Facebook Stories so you can see where your banner sits in line.
Intellectual Property
All artwork and design concepts remain the intellectual property of Krafty Kel Creative Co. You may share photos of your banner (please tag @kraftykelcreativeco β I love to feature clients!), but commercial use or reproduction requires written permission.

Do you ship?
No, not yet.
Can I request a custom size or special materials?
Absolutely β include the details in your customization form. Custom sizes or specialty materials may affect price and turnaround time.
Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?
I can take small wholesale or bulk projects depending on scheduling. Please reach out so I can confirm capacity and pricing.
What happens if you canβt finish my banner?
If Iβm unable to complete your banner due to illness, supply issues, or other unforeseen problems, youβll receive a full refund.
How do I claim an Artistβs Wish List theme or a discounted theme?
Choose the theme on The Artistβs Wish List page, then use the βClaim This Themeβ button to check availability. If your date works, follow the booking and checkout flow to complete payment.
